![]() ![]() technically all my highly educated citizens should be working in offices, but whenever I build an office district I get plenty of low density buildings demanding more employees.Īre my highly educated citizens unemployed BY CHOICE? I mean sure, I can get the appeal but they're ruining my city. and right next to this there's industry dying off due to lack of workers.Īlso another thing that annoys me is that there is no separate bar for the offices demand. I have a huge city, 99% of it is high density, I have only one university, two high schools and three grade schools and still somehow everyone is 'highly educated/unemployed'. The building isn't able to recruit enough educated workers because there's too many low educated ones. ![]() Agree, thats classic vanilla silliness to keep it running. so imagine my surprise when, after that residential zone developed, I checked its education status and all of its residents were friggin' sky blue. Doesn't matter, look at the amount of uneducated and educated workers in the building. I haven't built any schools in that residential zone, and all the schools in my city centre were already packed to their full capacity. In order to build my slum I started creating a residential zone very far away from my city centre - so far it was actually on a different island. but I still have this problem, and there is one thing I really don't get about this. ![]()
